Graduada en Nutrición Humana y Dietética y especializada en la Calidad y la Seguridad Alimentaria por la Universidad de Valencia (UV).

Gracias a la experiencia que he tenido en el desarrollo de nuevas bebidas en la industria de bebidas y asegurando la calidad en la restauración colectiva pude entender el papel que tienen los envases que utilizamos para contacto con alimentos en cuanto a la seguridad alimentaria y la funcionalidad.

Actualmente me encargo de asesorar al cliente para el cumplimiento de la legislación para envases en contacto con alimentos, defino los ensayos necesarios e interpreto los resultados obtenidos. Además, me encargo de evaluar la funcionalidad de los envases alimentarios a través de ensayos de permeabilidad, compatibilidad o estanqueidad para saber qué propiedades ofrece el envase y así, elegir el que más de ajusta a las necesidades del cliente.
